This hitch was exactly as described and feels very solid and well made. Installation was straightforward, and the adjustable height makes it easy to get the trailer level. I’ve used it to tow my enclosed trailer and it has performed great with no issues. The finish looks durable, and everything fit my 2-inch receiver perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
Good quality and seems to be heavy duty . The hitch pin lock is ok but could be better . Keep in mind if have to use this on you truck or suv that you might have to remove the tung wheel to be able to use this hitch .
Looks well made. I was hoping the ball would come mounted, but it wasn't difficult to bolt it in place. The 6 inch ball drop will be helpful for pulling my boat... the straight mount I had before made the motor too low to the ground.
Great item overall. Would have been better if the pins were black as pictured, but that's just me being picky about the cosmetics of it. Unfortunately, the hitch tightener wasn't long enough for me to use on my hitch, so I had to get a different one. I do love that it comes with two locking pins. Also, wasn't sure where to put the 8 silicone rings that came with it. No instructions, but that's okay. It is pretty self-explanatory but for the rings.
Overall, great product for the price point.

I bought this to replace my original - which is 20 years old and the metal at the hitch pin location wore out. Happy to find the Identical hitch assembly, except for the added set-bolt.
The only change they made was the addition of a set-bolt to stop any movement or play (which is exactly why the first unit wore out.) I like that feature but was unable to remove that section of the hitch from the truck's hitch receiver. A sledgehammer did not work, so I removed the hitch receiver from the Tundra and used a 20 ton hydraulic press. Nothing, it is fused, and still very, very strong, so I am going to keep using that part of the hitch assembly but will use the new tow ball receiver section from the new unit.
Super solid unit! Super low cost. Completely adjustable. Perfect. I would not want a fancier, more expensive unit even if someone paid me to switch. I have towed 12,000 lb RVs with it through 1000's of city and highway miles, and am almost always towing my work trailer.
I added a photo to show where it wore, but theoretically, this would not happen if the set-bolt is used. If it does - who cares. $30 for 355,000 miles of hard use!
The photo in the description shows 2 hitch pin holes on the first half of the assembly but the item I received only has 1 hole. Still...
